YouPlanetYouPlanet is a place to meet new people near you. This document sets out what we promise you, what we ask of you, and where we cannot stand behind what another user does.

What YouPlanet is
YouPlanet is a communications platform. We provide the space, the tools and the rules; the content and the connections are made by the people using it. We are not a party to any relationship formed here, and we are not present at anything that happens off the app.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18. This is not waivable; if we learn an account belongs to someone under 18 we close it.
One account per person. A second account used to get around a block or a restriction is itself a violation.
The information you give — name, age, photo — must be yours and must be accurate.
If we have closed an account of yours for a violation, you may not open a new one.
Your account
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Never share that code — not with anyone you are talking to on YouPlanet, and not with anyone claiming to be YouPlanet support. We will never ask you for it.
You are responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else has access to it, tell us as soon as you can.
What you post
The photos, text and posts you add stay yours. To be able to show them, you give us permission to store, process, resize and display them to other users. That permission exists only to run this service, and it ends for future display when you delete the content or your account.
What you post must be yours, or you must have permission from whoever owns it. Another person’s photo without their consent is not allowed.
We do not sell your content and we do not use it in third-party advertising.
What is not allowed
The full list is in the Community Guidelines. In short: harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, impersonation, scams and requests for money, spam, and anything involving minors.
Also prohibited: automated scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing limits, and using anything in the app to work out where somebody actually lives or works.
Purchases
Gold and Diamonds are in-app digital goods, purchased through the store you installed the app from. That store’s billing and cancellation rules apply.
Advertising credit is separate from the Diamond wallet, and there is no conversion between them.
We do not refund to a card. Unspent budget and rejected campaigns return as advertising credit. This does not remove any refund right you have under the law where you live.
None of these guarantee that you will meet anyone, get a reply, or reach any particular outcome. What you buy is visibility.
What we do and do not guarantee
We work to keep the service available, secure and correct. It may still go down for maintenance, change, or lose a feature.
We cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, history or behaviour of other users. The “photo verified” badge means only that someone at YouPlanet compared a profile photo with a selfie — never that the person is trustworthy.
What you agree with another user outside the app is your decision, and YouPlanet is not a party to it. Read Safety first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, YouPlanet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost opportunity arising from your use of the service.
We do not claim to have “no liability under any circumstances”. In most countries such a clause is unenforceable. Any liability the law where you live does not permit us to exclude still stands.
If a specific transaction has gone wrong, the route is support, not this clause.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account whenever you want, from settings, without contacting support and without explaining. The detail is in Data Retention & Deletion.
We may restrict or close an account too, normally with a stated reason and a route to appeal, and in severe cases immediately.
Changes
When something you agreed to changes, we tell you in the app before it takes effect and ask you again. Every document carries its version and effective date at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Islamic Republic of Iran. If you live elsewhere, any consumer rights in your country that cannot be waived still apply to you.
